Rating is out 10 out of 10, with a full point given for each of the ten sections listed above. Points per section may be issued in the following denominations: 0, .0 .25, .50, 1.0. For further clarification, the sections listed are worth a total of 1.0 point and are:

1.     Company Profile & Personality: (available information about the company, cruelty-free status information, philanthropic efforts, unnecessary controversy, indie company vs mainstream)

2.     Price: (product cost, availability of product, shipping cost, available coupons)

Weekly Palette & Product Rotation Series

Starting December 31, 2018, I will begin a new year of Weekly Product & Palette Rotation content. In order to rotate through my palettes in a better and more functional way, I will be choosing one palette from each category I have created in my inventory (Custom, High-End, Small High-End, Large, Luxury, Affordable) every two weeks, and I will select 2 palettes that are new/newer releases that I have not used, 2 palettes that I have not used that may be older, & 2 palettes that I have already rotated through my collection. Additionally, I will be selecting one to two palette(s) to use all month as a supplemental palette(s) and the 2^nd Thursday of the following Month, I will review the 2 palettes I used from the previous month.  That series is called P.O.T.M. In conjunction with the palettes chosen for each bi-weekly period, I will select a highlighter, bronzer, blush, & face palette, as well as two foundations and 3 single products. Also throughout the rest of the year, I am participating in several Panning Projects, and those products will be used throughout the month as supplements.

ABH Soft Glam

REVIEW: If you follow me at all you know that I am not a fan of ABH Modern Renaissance. I know it's a popular culture favorite, but it's not that damn amazing and for the record it wasn't the first warm toned eyeshadow palette on the scene (Lime Crime Venus anyone??) ABH eyeshadow palette are powdery, similar to Lorac (which at one point everyone loved but now there's many shit takers against Lorac), which doesn't bother me, I think what I find annoying about their releases is that the releases that are different and innovative like Norvia, Prism, and Subculture, were not received as well as the "safer" palettes (Modern Renaissance, Soft Glam, Sultry) . I digress. This palette is safe. It's neutral. It's everyday wearable. It's well made and is one the same consistency as the Modern Renaissance. There is nothing extraordinary about this palette. The shade selection is mediocre at best and this palette is basic. Yep, I said it - BASIC. I will probably skip out on the "Sultry" palette because it's even more basic than this palette.

RATE: 6.25/10 The rating is low strictly because it is not something that speaks to me, however it is of high quality.

ROTATE: Not sure what to do with this one.

Colourpop All I See Is Magic & Colourpop Golden State of Mind

REVIEW: Both of these were 2017 Holiday releases, and I haven't spent enough time with them. The reviews for the palette on the left were mixed and practically no one like the palette on the right. I happen to love both of them. I love a shimmer/metallic heavy palette and I don't believe in this concept that you have to have a matte shadow to ground your look. Says who? I love the shades, especially the greenish shades in the All I See Is Magic Palette, and I love the wide selection of shimmer/metallic shadows in the Golden State of Mind Palette.

RATE: 10/10 Love these palettes and if you are interested in purchasing them, you can always check Mercari or Poshmark because these were Limited Edition.

ROTATE: These are keepers.

UD Vice 2

REVIEW: I am so sad about this palette. I went on a journey to collect all the Vice Palettes, and I have 2, 3, and 4. I was able to snag this one for a very reasonable price and I am just not excited about it. There's no cohesive statement that the palette makes. It just appears to be a random assortment of shadows thrown together in a palette that costs more than $50 bucks, but then again, that seems to be Urban Decay's whole aesthetic. 

RATE: n/a I am going to pull this palette into another rotation or a palette of the month and see if I want to get rid of it.

ROTATE: This palette is definitely on probation.

Sigma Warm Neutrals Volume II

REVIEW: I really wanted to like this palette. It couldn't have been my perfect neutral palette with a pop of color for dimension, but I was extremely disappointed with this palette. It was heartbreaking. That green shade is absolute crap. Didn't pick up on a brush, and didn't apply with a finger. The mattes were so chalky. It's so sad because this palette had so much potential.

RATE: 4/10 This palette basically gets points for it's potential and aesthetic.

ROTATE: Already for sell on both Mercari and Poshmark.

Kylie Jenner Limited Edition Palette

REVIEW: I am not really a fan of Kylie Jenner. I don't know much about her and I don't really want to. I'm assuming it's a generation gap thing. I have several of her palettes and the two I've tried, including this one, I was very impressed with. I think the color story is unique and the shadows are quite pigmented. 

RATE: 7/10 I wish the name of the palette was on the actual palette itself. I also think the price was a little too high for the amount of product. Other than that, I like this palette.

ROTATE: Keeping this one!

Viseart Dark Mattes

REVIEW: There are a couple of brands that can do no wrong in my eyes. One, of course bring Natasha Denona, and the other is Viseart. Both brands are polarizing in terms of their followings, but I find that those who dislike Viseart are not familiar with what a pro  brand is and what it's constructed to do in teens of ours products. I also think that those who dislike Viseart have unrealistic expectations of the brand. These are hands down the best matem shadows in the industry. The palette is well worth the price and the color selection is outstanding

RATE: 10/10  Nothing else to say.

ROTATE: Keeping!

Smashbox L.A. Lights

REVIEW: I snagged this of f Mercari for $12 barely used. It contains several bad, a couple of highlighters, and a decent bronzer. Smashbox makes amazing powder face products, and a lot people sleep on the face products. I was very happy with how well the powders performed.

RATE: 9/10 Very lackluster packaging. 

ROTATE: Keeping this one!!!!

Benefit Cheek Parade

REVIEW: I am overall not a huge fan of Benefit. I think they are not a brand that practices inclusivity and they really don't have anything that I've ever been interested in other than their cheek products .They're are definitely not known for their eyeshadows which is what I'm most interested in.....I digress. I have wanted to try one of this brands cheek compilation products for a long time and I got the opportunity when I had some Nordstrom dollars that I needed to use, so the purchase of this product was a result of using those Nordstrom dollars. I was extremely apprehensive because although it was an excellent price considering how much product you receive for the price, it's still a hefty investment. I really wanted to try the Hula bronzer and Rockateur.  Also Galifornia was an interesting shade. I have to say that to date, this is my favorite cheek palette. The Hula bronzer and the Hula Lite convince are an amazing combination for my skin, and Rockateur is the MOST beautiful cheek shade I've ever used. Dandelion would be a good shade in the Summer for me, as well as Galifornia . LOVE THIS PALETTE. 

RATE: 9.75/10 Although the packaging is cute, it's a bit too bulky and that's really my only shall complaint.

ROTATE: Absolutely not!

Makeup Revolution Highlighter

REVIEW: Revolution Makeup/ Makeup Revolution makes some of my favorite affordable/ drugstore face products. I have several of their highlighters, bronzers, and face palettes. This highlighter is a perfect highlighter for a professional work environment. It's not overly glittery, or offensive in terms of color and sheen but leaves a subtle, but distinctive glow you the skin. Excellent price. 

RATE: 8/10 Packaging leaves much to be desired. 

ROTATE: Keeping!

It CC Cream, Gorgio Armani Face Fabric, LA Girl Pro Matte, Pur Air Perfection

REVIEW: (a) Not the formulas for me. Leaves me oily. (b) & (c) If I combine these two foundations, I get a beautiful color and finish. (d) This is too dark and leaves me oily.
